At Delmarin, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery of the product.
Returns may be accepted under the following circumstances:
● Product received is damaged.
● Product received is defective.
● Incorrect product delivered.
● Product received in a compromised condition.
● Other genuine concerns approved by Delmarin after review.
2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN APPROVAL
To be eligible for a return:
● The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
● The product must be returned in its original condition.
● Original packaging, labels, accessories, and invoices should be retained.
● The product should not be intentionally damaged or altered.
Delmarin reserves the right to request photographs, videos, or additional information before approving any return request.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Returns will not be accepted for:
● Products that have been intentionally damaged.
● Products misused by the customer.
● Products returned without original packaging.
● Complimentary gifts or promotional items.
● Products specifically marked as non-returnable.
● Returns requested after the applicable return period.
4. RETURN PICKUP
Upon approval of the return request, Delmarin will arrange a reverse pickup through its logistics partners wherever service is available.
In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the product. Reasonable shipping costs may be reimbursed upon approval.
5. REFUND PROCESS
Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection:
● Refunds will be initiated within 24 hours.
● Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
6. REFUND TIMELINE
After refund initiation, customers can expect the refunded amount to reflect within approximately 3–5 business days, depending upon:
● Banking institution
● Payment gateway
● Card issuer
● UPI provider
Delmarin shall not be responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or payment providers.
7. NO EXCHANGE POLICY
Delmarin currently does not offer product exchanges.
8. FRAUDULENT CLAIMS
Delmarin reserves the right to reject return or refund requests in cases involving:
● False claims
● Abuse of return policies
● Repeated suspicious return activity
● Fraudulent conduct
